Our team

Your guest portal comes with a team.

You bring your brand, outlets and operational knowledge. Our specialists turn it into a polished guest portal, connect it to the systems you already use, and support your team long after launch.

PHASE 01 Our branding expertDesign requirements and context

First we learn what your hotel looks like

Before anything is built, our branding expert goes through your design requirements and your brand guidelines, and gets to know the property: who stays with you, what they ask for, and what the portal has to feel like when a guest opens it.

  • Your guidelines, read properly: logo files, the two typefaces, the accent, the paper shade.
  • Your context: the rooms, the outlets, the seasons, the languages your guests actually read.
  • A design direction you sign off before a single page is written.
  • No blank page: you review a real look, not a mood board.

PHASE 02 Our portal specialistPages, outlets and features

Then it is built, page by page, with you

Our portal specialist takes the approved design and implements it as a real portal: your pages, your outlets, your features, on your own domain and behind your own QR. You watch it fill up rather than waiting for a launch date.

  • Your design implemented, not a template with your logo dropped on it.
  • A page per outlet: every restaurant, bar, spa and service, with its hours and prices.
  • The features you chose: reviews, the concierge, table booking, the tablet menu.
  • Your first pages written with you, so your team learns the editor on real content.

PHASE 03 Our integration engineerThe systems you already run

And connected to the systems you already run

Your portal does not replace your property management system or your payment provider. Our integration engineer connects it to them, so the portal reads from what your team already maintains instead of asking them to keep a second copy of everything.

  • Your PMS: Oracle Opera, Mews and the rest, so guest and stay data stays in one place.
  • Payments through Stripe, on the account you already reconcile.
  • Your booking system, kept as it is, with guests reserving from the portal page.
  • One handover session with the people who will run it day to day.

Your account director Across all three phases
Running alongside

One person owns the whole lot

The three phases above are not three handovers. An account director supervises all of them and is the person you write to at any point, so you never have to work out which of us to ask.

  • One named person who knows your property, not a shared inbox.
  • An update at every step, so you always know what is being worked on and what is next.
  • Response times in the agreement, not a promise made on a call.
  • They stay after launch: the same person you started with.
Your customer success manager Once the portal is live
After launch

And someone for the day to day

Once your portal is live the work changes: a new outlet opens, a season turns, a menu needs rewriting before Friday. A customer success manager handles that side with your team, and tells you what other hotels do when you are not sure.

  • Day-to-day operations: the small changes your team asks for, done or shown how.
  • Advice, not just support: what is worth publishing, and what guests actually open.
  • Training for new staff, so a change of manager is not a change of portal.
  • A hand when it is busy: send it over and it is published.

We reprinted the room directory twice a year and it was wrong within a fortnight. Now the duty manager fixes an opening hour from their phone and every room has it a second later.
