Delete your account from the app
- Sign in to the Venue Story app.
- Go to the “More” tab in the bottom menu.
- Scroll all the way down and tap “Delete my account”.
What happens to your data
All data is deleted after a retention period of 30 days from the day of deletion. The following data is deleted:
- All personal data;
- all outlets, images and videos;
- all settings and preferences.

You can also use the form below to request deletion of your account. A staff member will get in touch with you on the next working day to confirm and proceed with the deletion.

We've received your deletion request. A member of our team will contact you at the email you provided on the next working day to confirm your identity and proceed with the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed after a 30-day retention period.
